Enrolment Process

Every application processed by Well Grounded Consultancy follows the same process. This ensures that you are provided with all the information which you require to make a confident and informed application for a course of study.

The five stages of the enrolment process are:
1. Enquiry
2. Information
3. Application
4. Assessment
5. Confirmation

When you make an enquiry about a course of study, you begin the process. This occurs whether you have made your enquiry by phone, in person or by email.

Following your enquiry, you will be provided with information about the course. This will include being provided with this Student Prospectus, as well as being provided with any other pertinent information. It’s important to us that you understand everything which is applicable to your decision to enrol before you lodge an application.

Once you have all the information you need, you may lodge an application. The application is lodged on the FOR004 – Application for Enrolment form. This form may require you to attach certain information, especially if you’re applying for a course which attracts Government support of some kind.

Following your application being lodged it will undergo assessment. This ensures that you have provided all the information required, that you are eligible for the course, that the course is right for you and that we have identified and planned for any additional needs you may have. You may be contacted during this stage for further information.

If your application is accepted, you will then receive confirmation. Confirmation will be sent via email, and will include all the information you need to prepare to start your course of study!
