Fees & Refunds
Well Grounded Consultancy charges fees for participation in its courses. These fees may include application fees, tuition fees and additional fees such as those for materials or equipment. Further, Well Grounded Consultancy charges a range of fees for supplementary services.
The fees charged are as follows:

|Re-enrolment in a unit of competency||$150.00 GST free|

|Additional support to be provided following the development of an individual support plan||Fees vary depending on the support required, you will be provided with a quote and your enrolment will not be confirmed until you agree to this quote|
You may be eligible for Government funding for part of your course. In some cases, this involves you making a co-contribution to the cost of your course. For more details, see the section of this Student Prospectus associated with your course of study.
At Well Grounded Consultancy, we are committed to the implementation of a fair refund policy. This means that all parties, including you, involved in a transaction with the company must understand when refunds may be provided, how they should be applied for and how they will be paid.
All applications for a refund must be made using the FOR011 – Application for Refund form. This form is available from the Well Grounded Consultancy website and should be submitted to email@example.com. The application will be processed within seven days and you will be notified of the result within one week. It may take several weeks for the cash refund to be paid into your account.
Well Grounded Consultancy will only pay refunds directly to the individual who made the original payment. Under no circumstances will refunds be provided to a third party.
Refunds will be paid under the following circumstances, at the following rates.
|Withdrawal at least 10 weeks prior to agreed commencement date||Full refund of pre-paid tuition and additional fees, minus application fees|
|Withdrawal between four and 10 weeks prior to agreed commencement date||50% refund of pre-paid tuition and additional fees, minus application fees|
|Withdrawal between two and four weeks prior to agreed commencement date||25% refund of pre-paid tuition and additional fees, minus application fees|
|Withdrawal less than two weeks prior to agreed commencement date, or after commencement date has passed||No refund of pre-paid tuition, additional fees or application fees|
|Course cancelled, for any reason, by Well Grounded Consultancys prior to agreed commencement date||Full refund of all pre-paid tuition fees, additional fees and ALL application fees|
|Course cancelled, for any reason, by Well Grounded Consultancy after the agreed commencement date, including part-way through the course||Refund of all unused pre-paid tuition and additional fees, minus application fees Additionally, Well Grounded Consultancy will offer the opportunity to enrol in another course or will assist to find an alternative provider|
In certain circumstances a cooling-off period may apply to your enrolment. If this is the case it will be documented in your Confirmation of Enrolment. Where a cooling off period applies, it will be honoured and, if you withdraw within the cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund as required by both Australian and State Consumer Law.
Well Grounded Consultancy is guided in its application of the refund policy by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010 (Cth), and the Consumer Law of each State and Territory in which it operates.
