At Well Grounded Consultancy, we take pride in meeting the needs of our students. To ensure that we can do this, we offer student support to assist you in adjusting to your work load and to manage any difficulties you may experience.
We also offer support to those who have additional learning requirements. This may include, but is not limited to, disability, low levels of English language ability, lack of comfort with a schooling environment or anything else which you believe may make it difficult for you to complete your studies successfully.
During your application for enrolment you will be asked to provide a variety of information, including whether you have a disability. You may also, depending on whether English is your first language, be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment. Finally, you will be given some free space on your application form to tell us about any additional needs which you may have.
If you identify anything which may require additional support, we’ll contact you prior to confirming your enrolment. At this stage, we will discuss your needs and determine whether you will benefit from an individual support plan. An individual support plan is basically an agreement between Well Grounded Consultancy and yourself about how we will support your specific needs.
Your individual support plan will be as unique as you are, and may include assistance such as additional one-on-one mentoring, assistance from a language service or specialist, being paired or buddied up with a more established student, accessing other Government funded learning support services or even completing another preparatory course of study with another organisation prior to commencing with us.
Only once you, and we, are happy that we can support you fully will your enrolment be confirmed and your studies begin.
Of course, if you decide part-way through your studies that you need additional support, for example if your circumstances change or if you experience a personal setback of some kind, you can always speak with your trainer. They will go through the same process of assessing you for an individual support plan, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure that you can complete your course successfully.
If you’d like to know more about the student support services which are available, please don’t hesitate to contact our office on 1800 949 692 or email@example.com. We’d be glad to talk to you about your needs.

Our Commitment to You
Well Grounded Consultancy is fully committed to you and your course of training. This means that we will work with you the whole way through your time with us to ensure that you have every opportunity to be successful.
In addition to this, we have a responsibility to you, and all our students. Our responsibility, placed on us by the Standard for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, which are the Standards that govern us and with which we always comply, is to complete the course of training in which you have enrolled and to issue you with your Testamur and Results, or your Statement of Attainment, if you successfully complete some, or all, of the course requirements. In meeting this responsibility, we are accountable for our actions and for the quality of the learning opportunities which we provide.
Rest assured, even if something unexpected prevents us from completing your course of training we commit to ensuring that you are not left behind. Under all circumstances we will ensure that you are provided an opportunity to complete, even if this means assisting you to join one of our partner institutions to finish your studies.
Our commitment to you is this: you can start your learning journey with us confident in the knowledge that we’ll be with you right through to the end.
